Tekoa building sited in fraud case

A building on Crosby Street in Tekoa which sustained a roof collapse under the winter’s snow load is linked to a welfare fraud case which actually dates back to 2013. Tekoa Mayor John Jaeger last week reported the owner of the building, Karl Keith Anderson, 64, has failed to meet two Tekoa city deadlines for dealing with the damaged structure. Anderson was supposed to have fallen bricks around the building cleared by Monday and a protective fence installed.
