Applications now being accepted for sheriff’s reserve

Sheriff Brett Myers announced last week applications are now open for candidates for the sheriff's reserve. Applications will be accepted up until Nov. 28. Applicants must be 21 at the time of appointment and successfully complete a 240-hour basic reserve training. They will be required to pass a written examination, polygraph examination, background check and undergo a physical agility test.
