Sims-Bell vows set at Colbert

Chelsea Sims and Michael Bell are set to be married Sept. 18, 2016, at Trezzi Farms in Colbert. The daughter of Anthony and Carol Sims of Rosalia, Ms. Sims graduated from Walla Walla University in 2013 with a degree in business and is now a human resources specialist at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. Bell, son of Marc Bell of Cheney and Sue Bell of Spokane, recently graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law where he received the pro bono distinction award for his work in public service.
