Rosalian pleads not guilty

A Nov. 14 trial date was set for Gary R. Luckow, 53, after he pleaded not guilty in superior court Aug. 26 to a charge of assault of a child in the second degree. He was booked into the jail Aug. 19 after deputies received a report of an alleged assault of a 14-year-old girl in Rosalia.

Luckow was later allowed release on his own recognizance after the court learned the alleged victim no longer resides at the residence.
