Getting ready for a crowin’ good time

A colorful collection of chicken drawings is pieced together with bright squares of cloth to form a sort of quilt to decorate the poultry barn Monday. Decorations and prep work have been going on at the Palouse Empire Fairground all week in anticipation of visiting crowds this weekend.
