Colfax – 6 to 8 p.m. – Centralia Massacre & Wobbly War with Jim Martine – A tale so fascinating it is hard to believe it really happened. Jim Martine is a lifelong Seattle-lite where his roots run deep. His lifelong interest in history and love of showmanship makes him an enthusiastic speaker.

Malden – 5 p.m. – Adult Summer Reading Planning – Come to this short meeting where you can get registered and help decide what the events will be!

Saturday, May 21

Garfield – May Day Celebration, Fun Run, Boy Scout breakfast, parade and vendors in the park. Visit the calendar for times.

Endicott – 8 a.m. – Flea Market and car wash – Join the community at the annual Flea Market in Endicott and be sure to stop by and give the library wheel a spin for a free prize!

Rosalia – Teaching Kids to Save – 10:30 a.m. – A fun, active way to teach kids in K-5th grade the importance of saving money and ways to save smart.

Oakesdale – Adult Coloring Night – 5 p.m. – Let the intricate patterns bring out your creative side while you enjoy some quiet time.

Monday, May 23

Gathering Place in LaCrosse – 12:30 p.m. – Pie & Bingo – Come play bingo and eat pie. Funded by the Empire Health Foundation Grant.

Tuesday, May 24

Colfax – 2 to 4 p.m. – Bingo & Pie – Seniors are invited to play Bingo, win prizes and enjoy pie and or cookies on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month.

Wednesday, May 25

Colfax – 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. – INBC Blood Drive – Please see the calendar for specific information and instructions for how to donate.

Uniontown – 4 to 5 p.m. – Drama Club; play a drama game, get into character and rehearse and act out scenes with your fellow classmates.

Colfax – 5 p.m. – Celebrating our Veterans, Decoration Day started in 1868 to honor Civil War veterans. Within 20 years the name was changed to Memorial Day to commemorate all American veterans and their families for their selfless service to our country. Held on the main floor of the Colfax Library.

Albion – 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. – Fireside Chats, and Knit Night at the library.
