St. Baldrick’s event raises more than $10,000

The fourth St. Baldrick's event was held at Colfax High School April 13 to benefit childhood cancer research. A total of 54 people had their heads shaved, or, at least six inches cut for females. Participants earn money for the cause through pledges, for which the deadline is April 28 this year.

Total raised so far is $10,503.

Last year, the Colfax event raised $11,599.
