The MRI unit is hoisted to its second floor suite by a work crew in January.

The MRI experience is changing at Whitman Hospital and Medical Center. The hospital in January began the work to install its new 12,000-pound MRI unit on the second floor of the hospital. The unit had to be hoisted inside the building with a large crane.
