Flowers and More... sold to Shelly Elkins

Shelly Elkins poses in her shop, Flowers, Decor & More in Colfax Monday. Elkins purchased the building and business from Bob Garrett in January and is planning on making some changes.

The ownership of Flowers and More… has changed hands. Previously owned and operated by Bob and Cynthia Garrett, the business and the building has been purchased by Shelly Elkins of Rosalia.

Elkins has worked at the shop for a year and a half and said she has been operating the business for the past six months. The sale was official Jan. 1.
