Oakesdale voters receive Tekoa ballots

County Elections Office staffers Monday began a telephone survey of voters in the Oakesdale School District to ascertain whether or not they received the correct ballot for the Oakesdale School District levy proposition. Elections supervisor Debbie Hooper said they are attempting to contact all of the approximately 600 voters in the Oakesdale district.

So far, they have uncovered 15 voters in Oakesdale School District who opened their ballots and discovered Tekoa Park District ballots in the envelopes.
