Needs survey report reflects lack of dental care, access

Pullman Regional Hospital released the results of the 2015 Whitman County Community Needs Assessment Nov. 19, finding that county residents are in need of affordable dental care and access to preventive medical care.

The survey, in which more than 1,000 people participated online or through the mail, was completed last spring and included 266 questions about quality of life, economic development, employment, health, housing, food security and use of social services.
