Vows at Onecho unite Brooke Webber, Morse

Brooke Michelle Webber, daughter of Jon and Angie Webber of Colfax, and Eric Andrew Morse, son of Brian and Jennifer Morse of Medford, Ore., were married at the Onecho Bible Church July 4, 2015. The Rev. Pete Slusher, pastor of Community Bible Church in Medford, officiated.

The church sanctuary was decorated with white pillared stands that held large bouquets of sunflowers in clear, glass vases with wheat in the bottom dressed with loosely meshed burlap ribbon tied in bows. An arrangement of sunflowers with two candles burning in memory of the bride and groom’s grandparents was on the center stage communion table.

A cello solo, "Be Thou My Vision," was played by Bryce Eng, friend of the groom, during seating of the grandparents and parents.

"My Redeemer Is Faithful and True" was sung by Cindy Fujiwara and Jeannie Isaak, aunts of the bride during media presentation of bride and groom’s childhoods.

“Your Love Is Extravagant” was sung by Lindsay Webber, sister of the bride, Cindy Fujiwara, and Jeannie Isaak.

Lindsay Webber also sang during the media presentation of the couple’s courtship and engagement. Courtney Vuletich, friend of the bride, was pianist, and Leon Johnson, cousin of the groom, was organist.

Scripture reading was done by by Conrad Morse, grandfather of the groom.

Given away by her father, the bride wore a white charmeuse slim-fitted gown covered in delicate lace. The soft and romantic style had a scoop neckline with off-the-shoulder cap sleeves and a deep V-shaped back.

Her two-tier cathedral length veil was circle cut with a pencil edge. She carried a bouquet of sunflowers and greens bound with white ribbon.

Lindsay Webber as maid of honor. Other bridal attendants were Laura Morse of Medord and Angela Morse of Lynnwood, sisters-in-law of the groom; Nicole Morse of Medford and Kimberly Morse of Carlisle, Pa., sisters of the groom; Kelli Doehle and Kelsey Chase, friends of the bride from Spokane.

Jordan Brown, friend of the groom from Medford, was best man. Groomsmen were Scott Morse, Medford; Jeffrey Morse, Lynnwood, and Chad Morse, Medford, brothers of the groom; Mark Webber, brother of the bride, Colfax; Derek Isaak, cousin of the bride, Coulee City; Jordan Hamasu, Medford; Bryce Eng, Portland, friends of the groom.

Jade Pudelkewicz from Brewster was flower girl, and

Ben Claassen from Colfax was ring bearer. Grant Miller of Colfax was bell ringer.

Attendants wore matching haltered, sweetheart neckline dresses with empire waistbands and A-line chiffon skirts.

They carried bouquets of sunflowers.

A reception followed at the residence of Brian and Debbie Largent, friends of the bride. Round tables were covered by white table clothes, mason jars with sunflowers decorated with burlap and lace ribbon.

Russell Brown, friend of the groom, was emcee.

Following a sparkler send-off, the newlyweds departed in a 1946 Chevy pickup owned and restored by the bride’s grandfather.

A 2011 graduate of Colfax High School, the bride is studying for a doctorate degree in pharmacy at Washington State University. The groom graduated from Cascade Christian High School at Medford in 2012 and from Seattle Pacific University in 2015 with a degree in theology. He is currently employed as warehouse manager at Union Gospel Mission in Spokane and part-time as youth director at Fourth Memorial Church in Spokane, where they are currently making their home.
