Meet Kelli Collins at Whitman County Library, Colfax

Kelli Collins, the test kitchen cook and techie for her family’s business, Joseph’s Grainery, recently conducted an ACT 2 class in conjunction with Spokane Community College adult enrichment offered through Whitman County Library.

Kelli was demonstrating using whole grains to make cookies and cakes. People from Colfax, Whitman County, Spokane, Spokane Valley, North Idaho and Bellingham attended and tasted whole grain desserts.
