Mental health session set

Healthy Tekoa Coalition will offer a free course called "Youth Mental Health First Aid" Sept. 1 and 8 to inform residents about risk factors and warning signs of mental health concerns. The class will teach participants about early detection and intervention so they will know what to do and where they can find someone the help they need. The trainer will be Whitman County deputy John Giudice. Anyone interested in taking the class must pre register via email or call 284-2781.

Cost of registration and materials is free. Dinner for each class will be provided by Molina Healthcare.
