Life Line health screenings slated for Colfax church

Life Line Screening is coming to Colfax Aug. 22 to provide health screenings. They will be at the First Baptist Church at 200 N. Mill St. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The screenings are intended to make participants more aware of their risk for cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and diabetes, along with other chronic conditions.

Joelle Reizes, director of communications at Life Line Screening, said these screenings are important, especially for individuals with high risk factors.
