Area fishing sites on WDFW drought list

Several area fishing sites are included in the closure which went into effect at midnight Saturday. Fishing was closed in some waters, and limited in others each day to between midnight and 2 p.m. The “hoot-owl” restrictions will go into effect on rivers where fishery managers want to reduce stress on fish during the hottest time of day.
