Friday, April 24

St. John — The St. John Library will be closed on Friday, April 24, so we can man the booth at the fair. Come by on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to learn about what the library has to offer.

Malden — 4 p.m. — Teen Patterned Tape Crafting — Ages 12 and up will craft a picture frame using jumbo craft sticks covered with colorful patterned tape.

Saturday, April 25

Albion — 1 p.m. — Introduction to Social Media - Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter are designed to make social connections with people all over the world. Explore options to stay connected without giving up all your privacy.

All Locations — Penny Drive - Time to support youth programs throughout the library system. The drive runs from April 13-30. The money collected stays at each branch location.

Monday, April 27

Colfax — Two different fitness classes for different skill levels. Visit the online calendar for more information and costs.

Colton — 10:30 a.m. — Storytime — Ages 1-6 are invited to learn about numbers through stories and songs.

Tuesday, April 28

Farmington, Palouse, and Rosalia— Pre-School Programs — Social time for kids and parents with play, singing, crafts and storytelling for ages 6 and younger. Visit the online calendar for times.

Wednesday, April 29

St. John (Noon) and Colfax (3 p.m.) — Creating e-Newsletters — E-newsletters are a great way for churches, clubs, sports teams, and many other local organizations to develop a sense of community, set up activities and generally stay in touch. Learn the basics of Mailchimp, a free service, to produce an e-newsletter.

Palouse (1 p.m.) and Garfield (4 p.m.) — Computer Basics — Help with basic computer skills including: Resume help, on-line searching and using digital library services.

Thursday, April 30

Colfax — 7 p.m. — Death Ride, Murder in a Small Town — Come hear the shocking facts and tragic aftermath in this fascinating true-crime presentation by Death Ride authors, Tim and Becky Hattenburg.
