Festival adds events

LaCrosse Farmer’s Festival June 20 plans to feature Porky’s Pit Barbecue from 5 to 7 p.m.

The meal will be available to the public with a cost of $11.80. Meals must be purchased in advance before June 1.

The menu includes barbecue pork, homemade French bread, potato salad, coleslaw and Texas-style pinto beans.

The Gathering Place and the LaCrosse City Hall will be open to class reunions.

After the barbecue, the Wine and Stein will be from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Community Building, followed by a DJ on Main Street with a beer garden at the Pastime Tavern.
