Big cleanup at St. Ignatius

Colfax Explorer Scouts and other volunteers put in long hours over the weekend during a cleanup project at the former St. Ignatius Hospital. Police Chief Rick McNannay worked in front of the building to cut shrubs and brush on what was once the front lawn of the hospital. In the lower picture, Alex Martinez, Johaunna Koyama and Kendra Cornelius were among those who were cleaning debris.
