SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES ARREST

Casey James Wade, 31, Clarkston, has been summoned to court April 10 to face charges stemming from an arrest at Shopko in Pullman. The charges note that “special circumstances” were involved.

The charges allege Wade used magnets to de-activate a spider security device which was attached to a Polaroid Tablet.
