Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Whitman County, State of Washington, at its office in the: Whitman County Courthouse 400 N Main Colfax, Washington 99111
Proposals will be received no later than 4:00 P.M. Pacific Time, on Friday March 27, 2015. They will be opened and publicly read during the regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meeting on Monday, March 30, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. Handicap access may be obtained by the Mill Street entrance to the Courthouse.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Board of County Commissioners and stating on the outside, the vendor's name, address, the RFP Name-“RFP Radio System Consulting Services”.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept the proposal which in its estimation best serves the interests of Whitman County.
