Avista slates 10-hour outage

Avista Tuesday announced plans for a 10-hour cut in electrical service Friday starting at 8 p.m and ending Saturday at 6 a.m.

Scheduled for the outage are LaCrosse, Endicott, Thornton and Steptoe. Rural areas surrounding the four locations will also be cut.
