Bikers descend on Colfax

Colfax provided a stopping point for 209 Harley Davidson motorcycle riders who were participating last week in the Northwest Hawg Riders rally which was based in the Spokane Valley. Participants in the rally came from all over the country with most rolling from homes in the western states.

Colfax police assisted the four groups of riders to exit and enter the highway grid as a group. Chief Rick McNannay said the tour rides were very well organized and the riders and passengers were very cooperative.
