Correction: Correction on call in Knott decision

The chain of telephone calls which were cited in the Jan. 18 arrest of Robert Knott of LaCrosse, the subject of a Gazette court report last week, started with a call from Knott’s disgruntled girlfriend, who was also described by Judge David Frazier in his ruling as Knott’s fiancee. The Gazette account incorrectly reported the source of the initial call was from the girlfriend of the arresting officer, Deputy Michael Jordan.
