June rain is welcome

This field of grain along Green Hollow Road outside of Colfax gets a good drink of much-needed rain on Tuesday. The month of May was very dry and many crops, beginning to fill out, needed some moisture to help them along. Rain showers were forecast for Wednesday and then temperatures are supposed to heat up for the weekend....
