Golf club has grand re-opening

Colfax Golf Club's grand re-opening was last Friday, March 21, at the newly remodeled club house. More than 100 people showed up for Donna Brost's homemade lasagna and filled both the dining room and bar. After dinner, Trent Goetze, new golf club manager, auctioned off the remaining three pans of lasagna to the highest bidders. The Colfax Golf Club will be starting a new program on Friday nights called "Food, Fun and, oh yeah, Golf" geared for people more inclined to socialize than play golf.
