EVICTION AT DEA POT RAID SITE

A date for presentation of findings and judgment on an eviction action against William Dougherty, III, who was the object of a federal Drug Enforcement Agency arrest for growing marijuana Sept. 6, has been scheduled for court Nov. 22.
