Hannas duo celebrates 60th

Orle and Carol Hannas of St. John celebrated their 60th wedding Sept. 1 at the St. John Community Building with friends and family.

The party was hosted by their children Kathy and Jim Sebree of Yakima, Cindy Eggers of St. John, David and Sharon Hannas of Hooper, Debby Hannas of Altos, Calif., and Steve and Katie Hannas of Bend, Ore.

Orle Hannas and Carol Repp were married Sept. 6, 1953, at the Endicott Trinity Lutheran Church.

They have lived in St. John most of their married lives where Orle farmed and was employed at St. John Grain Growers.
