City council discusses options Former Farmington church could become library site

A potential new site for the Farmington library was brought up as the town’s city council again discussed the city-owned Methodist Church site at the July 15 council meeting.

Councilwoman Noreen Ewing said that the building could be the next community project after the revitalization of the basketball court, which is expected to be complete in September.

She said that the Association of Washington Cities has some economic development grant money available and asked that Mayor Ron Dugan look into it.
