South Fork to serve at Albion Fourth

Albion’s Fourth of July celebration will begin with its parade at noon followed by the annual barbecue at the gazebo on the city hall lawn.

Usually, mayor Randy Crowner runs the barbecue, but since he has been out sick, the South Fork Grill in Pullman has agreed to step in, said Albion clerk/treasurer Starr Kathey.

Proceeds from the lunch will benefit the town of Albion.

Items on the menu include pulled pork sandwiches, barbecue beans, potato salad, sausage dogs, sauerkraut, beverages and dessert.
