New proprietors at Hyde Out

Elizabeth, left, and Dale Mann opened the Palouse Hyde Out June 15 after two weeks of cleaning and rearranging. Most of the booths were removed and replaced with tables and chairs. The Manns purchased the Hyde Out from Brad Person after being employed by Dave Peterson at Boyer Park and Marina on the Snake River since 2006. They offer a breakfast of biscuits and gravy and eggs as well as hamburgers and sandwiches along with salads for lunch and dinner. They plan to offer daily menu specials for lunch and steak night on Fridays beginning at 6 p.m. Hours will be 8 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 to midnight Friday and 10 a.m. to midnight on Saturday. They will be closed Sunday.
