LaCrosse grads receive awards, scholarships

Among highlights at the June 8 commencement service for LaCrosse high school senior was presentation of the Washington Scholars Award to valedictorian David Lane Hannas by Dr. Donald Cox, and presentation of an Air Force ROTC scholarship at Colorado State University to salutatorian Matthew E. Stubbs by Lt. John Buckingham.

Terri Koller was presented with a plaque of appreciation for the community service award from the Class of 2013.

LaCrosse High School Athlete of the Year awards went to Justin Wargo and Lindsey Miller.

The LaCrosse class of 2013 earned approximately $128,787 in scholarship awards.
