Also for murder: Second Lazcano trial underway

The murder trial of Frank Lazcano got underway as scheduled Monday in Whitman County Superior Court. Selection of the jury for Frank Lazcano started four days after the jury for his brother’s trial reported they were unable to reach a decision on the two major charges, the murder and kidnapping of Marcus Schur of Rosalia Dec. 27, 2011.
