Partial closures set for Crawford rite

Whitman County Auditor’s recording, marriage licensing and elections departments will be closed all day on Friday, Feb. 22, to allow the staff to attend the funeral of Mary R. Crawford, retired Whitman County treasurer. After serving as county treasurer for more than 22 years, she recently worked as an elections employee for the county auditor’s office.

The vehicle and vessel licensing, accounts payable, payroll and finance departments will be open regular hours.
