Gebhart offers new cash prize for adult entry

In addition to the People’s Choice prizes for one adult and one youth entry in the H’Art of the Palouse banner competition, this year Dick Gebhardt, Colfax artist and member of the Colfax Arts Council, is offering a $300 cash prize to the top adult entry selected by a panel of three regional artists.
