Colfax Chamber gets report from state gambling agent

With Washington having the distinction of being the fourth largest gambling state in the country, Special Agent Mike Fitzpatrick said his agency keeps busy. Fitzpatrick, who works for the Washington State Gambling Commission, was the guest speaker at the Colfax Chamber of Commerce luncheon meeting at Eddy’s on Tuesday afternoon. He is the agent assigned to Whitman County.

“Gambling, legal and illegal, touches all kinds of crime,” Fitzpatrick told chamber members.
