WSU Rural Design at Uniontown

The WSU Rural Design Initiative will present concepts Dec. 13 at the Uniontown Community Market Building. The program is made up of architecture students who studied Uniontown this fall as part of a class. Ideas which will be shown include moveable art, a pathway above the Dahmen Barn and improved pedestrian links to downtown.

“They’ve had some really interesting ideas,” said Uniontown Community Development Association President Dale Miller. “We’re looking forward to what they’re proposing.”

The class is led by Professor Ole Sleipness.
