Witnesses listed for Assenberg trial

The attorney for Michael A. Assenberg, who was arrested in May of 2011 after drug task force officers conducted a warrant search of his Colfax residence, has submitted a list of witnesses the defense plans to call in the upcoming trial. Also, a motion to drop the charges, based on an argument Assenberg was operating under provisions of the state medical marijuana law, has been filed.
