Drug arrest on Cedar St.

Steven A. Eagan, 21, Spokane, was booked into the county jail early Oct. 4 on probable charges of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. The Colfax police arrest report said Eagan was a passenger in a Ford Explorer which had been seen parked at McDonald Park. The Explorer was stopped on Cedar Street, and Eagan handed over a pipe and later a baggie of marijuana after the Colfax officer asked if drugs were in the vehicle. He also told officers he had a meth pipe in his backpack.
