Whitman County Planning issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Whitman County proposes amendments to its zoning ordinances, Chapter 19.06 Board of Adjustment; Chapter 19.10 Agricultural District; Chapter 19.15 North-Pullman-Moscow Corridor District (N-PMC) and Chapter 19.16 South-Pullman-Moscow Corridor District (S-PMC).
