CLUBS & YOUTH GROUPS

Rosalia Garden club

Rosalia Garden Club plans their annual “Rose Show” at the Rosalia Library June 26-28 during library hours. Members and the public are invited to submit their exhibits June 26 between 9 and 10 a.m .; each rose must be botanically named.

The club has chosen Leigh and Terri Tickner’s garden as Garden of the Month for May. The recognition sign was posted in the garden.

They have done extensive landscaping mostly in the past year. It started with replacing their front porch and progressed to a combination of concrete retaining walls for flower beds, colored stamped concrete panels for walkways, with small pavers for pathways.

The front flower bed is a focal point.
