Shanafelt, Biagi to wed

Charles and Diane Shanafelt, Sioux City, Iowa, announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Shanafelt, Madison, S.D., to Greg Biagi of Madison, son of Robert and Debbie Biagi of Colfax. A graduate of Dakota State University, the bride-to-be is a first grade teacher in Brandon, S.D. Biagi attended Dakota State University and is now co-owner of Baseline Construction in Madison.
