Plan September vows in Wisconsin

Coelle Hope Smith and Christopher Andrew Kirkpatrick plan a September wedding in Madison, Wis. She is the daughter of Dr. Gregg and Linda Smith of New Glarus, Wis., and he is the son of Allen and Kristie Kirkpatrick of Colfax and Bobby and Kim Williams of Elk Grove, Calif.
