Bulldogs select cheerleader squads

Colfax cheerleaders for next year will include five returnees from this year plus five new members. They were selected by a panel of judges from among 19 candidates who participated in the tryout May 9.

J.C. Thompson, Paige Mackleit, Jolee Aeschliman, Rachel Napier and Taylor Lange will return for basketball and football cheer squads. Hailey Ring, a freshman next year, will also be in the lineup for both squads.

Clara Higginson, a senior next year, and Emma Klaveano, junior, will be on the football cheer squad, and Hannah Knaack, senior, and Johaunna Koyama, sophomore, will be on the basketball squad.
