Jamison awarded First Wind scholarship

First Wind CEO Paul Gaynor presents a scholarship plaque to Heidi Jamison of Garfield after Tuesday morning’s groundbreaking for the company’s Naff Ridge wind farm. Jamison, a senior at Garfield-Palouse High School, received $2,000. Gaynor said First Wind awarded 12 scholarships nationwide.
