BB club makes baby blankets

Kim and Cindy Pitts were in Boise during Martin Luther King, Jr.’s, weekend to help their grandson, Kellen Hammons, son of Ryan and Jen Hammons, celebrate his sixth birthday. Their daughter Carrie Pitts, Renton, flew to Boise to join them for the weekend.

Dusty B.B. Club met at the LaCrosse Catholic Church parish hall in January where they made 42 baby blankets for the free maternity clinic at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane. Helen Appel made 10 more later at her home.
