Colton honors veterans at school assembly

The assembly at Colton High School announced a year-long project to document area veterans in a book. Funded by a $500 grant from the Colton Education Association, the community history project will also include fundraisers to send one local veteran on an Honor Flight to visit the war memorials in Washington, D.C.
