PROSECUTOR ISSUES 'WANTED' NOTICE

Prosecutor Denis Tracy has asked for the public’s help in locating two suspects alleged to be involved in the robbery of a Pullman area resident last April. Arrest warrants have been issued for James M. Poesy, 23, Moscow, and Amanda L. Tobin, 22, Lewiston, after they failed to appear at pre-trial hearings in the case.

They have been charged in connection with the alleged robbery of Larry Hood in the early morning hours of April 22 at his residence south of Pullman.

Also, Jeremy Lynden-James, 20, Lewiston, was sentenced to six months in jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of burglary at the Hood residence May 7. He was also ordered to pay $4,300 in fines and fees, including $2,500 restitution to Hood. The restitution payments were also ordered to be paid by two other defendants in the May 7 case.

The prosecutor told the court Lynden-James was among a group which departed Lewiston with the aim of robbing Hood two weeks after the strong-armed robbery. They discovered Hood was not at home, but they entered the residence and took a plasma television set which later turned up at a pawn shop.
