Meetings set for JW Trail at Malden, Rosalia, Tekoa

State Parks is in the process of developing a plan for the John Wayne Pioneer Trail, formally the Milwaukee Road Railroad corridor, and will conduct public meetings in Malden, Rosalia and Tekoa to discuss proposed plans.

Malden will host the first public meeting Thursday, Oct. 20, at 7 p.m. at the Malden Town Hall. Another public meeting will be in Rosalia Thursday, Oct. 27, at 7 p.m. at the Rosalia Community Center and the third meeting will in Tekoa Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 7 p.m. at Tekoa City Hall.
