Washington Trust hires duo

Spokane-based Washington Trust Bank announced its expansion into Whitman County. The bank will soon open a loan office in Pullman. The office will be staffed by Steve Roberts and Kyle York, both formerly employed with the failed Bank of Whitman.

Roberts and York will be working out of Washington Trust’s main office in Spokane until the bank finds a permanent Pullman location, according to a Washington Trust press release.
